Most items will be shipped within 1-3 business days with first class shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided with every purchase. You will also receive emailed updates about the status of your order. If you have placed an order for any pre-ordered items, your entire order will be held until all items are available to be shipped. Please allow up to 90 business days for us to ship any orders consisting of pre-ordered items. If items are not shipped within 90 business days, you may email us to request a refund or exchange for any products that cannot be fulfilled by our store. All other items within that order will be shipped after the 90-day grace period.

Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your merchandise has been processed. Please allow up to 30 days for credits to post to your account. All sales are final with the exception of unavailable, pre-ordered items. If you would like to request an item that is out of stock, or if you have any questions before placing an order, please contact us. We want to hear from you. We usually respond within 1 hour, however; please allow 1-3 business days for a response. Thank you!
